Happy Pride Month!
This month is celebrated in dramatically different ways across the world, and sadly, there are countries (including many in which Shortlist operates) where Pride Month is celebrated only behind the scenes (if at all). We’re proud that Shortlist — wherever we operate — is a company where everyone can be themselves in the workplace, including being out to our colleagues, for those who wish.
We’re also proud to be increasingly working directly with clients on a range of DE&I topics (including but not limited to LGBTQ+), as part of our overall mission to create more equitable and just access to work around the world. This includes helping our clients develop diversity hiring strategies, placing senior leaders into DE&I positions, engaging with global DE&I thought leaders, and meeting ambitious DE&I targets as part of our large-scale Shortlist Futures initiatives in green and digital jobs.
We have a lot of work to do as a community to build a more equitable hiring process, across all dimensions of diversity. We hope to partner with you all to find ways to make this real!
